Led by French Pit-Master Cedric Lopez, Hangry Wolf blends years of gourmet kitchen experience with traditional Texas-style, low-and-slow BBQ. Every dish is cooked over Ironbark wood using offset smokers, layering flavour with time, smoke and care.

From weddings and private celebrations to corporate functions and large-scale events, serving Mid North Coast NSW, we bring refined open-fire cuisine, on-site cooking, and warm professional service that turns gatherings into memorable dining experiences.

Event Catering Packages

All packages include milk buns and condiments.
A $600 labour charge and GST apply. Travel charges may apply depending on location.

Each protein is smoked low and slow for maximum tenderness and depth of flavour:

  • Texas-style beef brisket — 10-hour slow cook

  • Pork belly — 12-hour cook with caramelised brown sugar & paprika rub

  • Pulled pork neck — with BBQ pineapple glaze

  • Hot links — smoked with cheese & chilli

  • Chicken wings — hot or sweet, with chipotle BBQ dipping sauce

  • Smoked chicken breast — maple-glazed, 4-hour cook

  • Pulled lamb shoulder — 10-hour cook with rosemary & minted glaze (extra cost)

  • Beef short ribs — Texas-style, cooked low and slow (extra cost)
