This isn't a cooking demo.

You'll trim, season, manage the fire, and finish the cook yourself. Cedric from Hangry Wolf BBQ will guide you through every step, and Brent from Raleigh Winery will take you on a guided stroll through the vineyard while your meat rests.

Your Full BBQ Journey

First 2 Hours is Hands-On Action: 

Get straight into it. You'll trim and season a full brisket, learn to manage and control your fire, season pulled pork to perfection,
and get chicken wings and whole chickens into the smoker using real fire. No shortcuts, no gas — the real deal.

Break Time:

Step away from the smoker and join Brent for a guided stroll around the vineyard.
Relax, reset, and enjoy your complimentary drink while your meat does its thing.

Final Stage: 

Back to the fire. You'll wrap or boat your brisket like a pro, finish the pork and chicken to perfection,
and master the final stages of the cook. This is where everything comes together.
